नेपाललाई माया गर्ने क्यानेडियनहरु र क्यानाडामा बसोबास गर्ने नेपाली बुद्धिजिबीहरुको संस्था ” कन्सर्न नेपाल क्यानाडा ” ले यही मे २२ मा एक बक्तब्य प्रकासित गर्दै – भारतले गरेको सिमा अतिक्रमणको बिरुद्धमा आक्रोश व्यक्त गर्दै – नेपाल भारत दुई मुलुक बिच रही आएको मैत्रीपूर्ण सम्बन्धमा खलल नपुग्ने गरी , दुई मुलुकको भाईचारा सम्बन्ध कायमै रहने गरी -कुटनैतिक प्रयासको माध्यमबाट सिमा बिबाद समाधान गर्नकों लागी –
कन्सर्न नेपाल क्यानाडाले नेपाल सरकार र भारत सरकारलाई अनुरोध गरेको छ।

Protest statement against Indian action on Nepal’s territories.

Our serious attention has been drawn to the Indian news of the Link Road to Lipu Lekh Pass via Nepali territory by India which is an encroachment into Nepali borders. The News of the Link newly constructed road through Nepal’s territory by India has taken place when the whole world is locked down due to Corona Virus Pandemic.

The multidimensional historic relationship of the both country Nepal and India are based on the principles of mutual respect for each other’s territorial integrity, sovereignty, equality and mutual benefits. All historical evidences and facts manifest Limpiyadhura Lipulekh Kalapani and the territories from the east of main stream of Mahakali (Kali River) are the territories of Nepal.
Concern Nepal Canada shows its serious concern over the border disputes between Nepal and India, and Indian encroachment despite the reiterated initiatives of the Government of Nepal and continual public protests.

We, the Concern Nepal Canada stand strongly with the view that the issues of border disputes should be resolved by the diplomatic means. We express our serious protest against India’s unilateral construction of the Link Road through Nepal’s territories. We urge Nepal and India to resolve the boundary issues including all territorial disputes everlastingly by the diplomatic means of mutual respect, friendship and understanding. We call upon the Government of India to refrain from carrying out all such activities inside the territories of Nepal.
